A typical day’s chow
Breakfast (at 11:30)
Almost half a pound of ground lamb, tomato passata, collards, turnip and red and yellow pepper, a lump of Dingle goat cheese.
Dinner (at 17:30)
A sweet potato, 3 scrambled eggs, 2 slices of bacon, a pile of mixed leaves, a big whack of organic grassfed butter (you can see the chunks in the middle of the photo).
Back tomorrow with my crock pot adventures- I just bought one this week as I’m making bone broth so regularly now.
