Butter Chronicles Part 2

I’m down in Kerry, in the south west of Ireland for the next week. A quick run around the shop last night when I got here revealed this beauty:

It’s some proper looking butter from West Cork. I also picked up some plain yogurt from the same farm.

I have yet to sample this beauty, instead I had pork loin and rocket for breakfast, followed up by a couple of homegrown strawberries and some Glenillen Farm yogurt.
